Trenam Kemker is pleased to announce that Sam E. Toth recently joined the firm as an associate in the Real Estate and Lending Transactions Practice Group.  Sam’s practice focuses on the areas of acquisition, sale, financing, and leasing of real property.  Prior to relocating to Florida, Sam was an associate with Greenburg Traurig and Kirkland &  Ellis in Chicago. 

Sam received his J.D. from Duke University School of Law and a B.S. degree from Indiana University. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and his admission to The Florida Bar is pending.
