The Management Committee of Trenam Kemker named Edward B. Carlstedt co-chair of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group.  Mr. Carlstedt is filling the seat left open by Stanley H. Eleff who has been named the firm’s General Counsel.  Mr. Carlstedt and co-chair Robert H. Buesing will direct the practice group’s strategic plans.

Mr. Carlstedt joined the firm in 2000 and became a Shareholder in 2005.  He practices in the areas of covenants not to compete, unfair competition, trade secrets, landlord/tenant, trademarks, employment law, banking litigation, construction disputes and general commercial litigation.
