Bob Schumaker joined the firm as a Senior Counsel.  Mr. Schumaker, formerly with Ruden McCloskey, has extensive experience structuring and drafting complex purchase and sale agreements for various types of commercial property, structuring complex commercial loan documents for real estate, drafting residential and commercial condominium plan documentation including for residential conversion and time share projects, and drafting commercial leases of all types. 

Mr. Schumaker received his J.D., with honors from Stetson University College of Law and his bachelor's degree from Stetson University.

Tara Carroll an associate, was also formerly with Ruden McCloskey.  Her practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate financing, acquisition and development. 

Ms. Carroll received her J.D., cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law, an MBA, cum laude, from Stetson University and a B.A. in English from Florida State University.

Ms. Carroll and Mr. Schumaker are both based in Trenam Kemker’s St. Petersburg office.
