Trenam Kemker shareholder Patrick J. Poff was recently notified by the President of the ABA's Forum on the Construction Industry, that the Forum's Governing Committee has elected him to serve on the Steering Committee for Division 7 (Bonds, Liens & Insurance).  Given the preeminent lawyers involved with the ABA's Forum, this a great honor.
