Gerald D. Davis Named Business Reorganization and Bankruptcy Practice Group Leader

Gerald D. Davis was recently named Practice Group Leader for the Business Reorganization and Bankruptcy Practice Group. The group’s previous leader, Roberta A. Colton, was appointed to the firm’s three person Management Committee. Mr. Davis joined the firm as a Shareholder in February 2006 in the St. Petersburg office and practices in the areas of commercial litigation, creditors’ rights and bankruptcy. Prior to joining the firm, he spent 13 years at Holland and Knight, LLP. He is also Managing Partner of the firm’s St. Petersburg office. He earned his B.B.A. in 1985 from Emory University and his J.D., with honors, in 1988 from the University of Florida College of Law.
