Trenam Kemker is pleased to announce the addition of Lori V. Vaughan, Senior Counsel, to the firm’s Business Reorganization and Bankruptcy Practice Group.

Ms. Vaughan joined the firm’s Tampa office after spending 8 years in the Business Reorganizations Group at Foley Lardner LLP.  Prior to that, she served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Karen S. Jennemann, United States Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of Florida, in Orlando, Florida.  Ms. Vaughan  focuses her practice on bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and commercial litigation representing Chapter 11 debtors-in-possession, creditors committees, financial institutions, secured creditors and landlords in cases around the country.  She is a graduate of the University of Florida (J.D., with honors, 1998), and received her Bachelor of Arts degree, with high honors, from Eckerd College in 1995.  Ms. Vaughan is admitted to practice in New York, Florida, and the District of Columbia.
