Trenam Kemker has established a Health Care Reform Team to follow federal and Florida developments regarding health care reform and to help clients navigate the issues and changing policy.  The team consists of a seasoned group of lawyers who practice in the areas of health care and employee benefits who are studying the health care reform legislation and governmental policies. 

The team has also established a web page http://www.trenam.com/subpages/health_care_reform.asp that will provide updates and important links to health care reform information.  We will also post materials that we come across, or prepare, that deal with how the various proposals and government actions will affect health care providers, employers and others responsible for health insurance and employee benefits.
