Jason H. Baruch is an associate in the Commercial Litigation Group. He focuses his practice in commercial and complex litigation, including contract and other business disputes.
Jason graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida College Of Law in 2004 and was a member of the Florida Law Review. Prior to law school, Jason completed his undergraduate work at the University of Florida where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a B. A. and a B.S. degree.
Jason is admitted to practice in the Middle, Northern, and Southern Districts of Florida and the United States Courts of Appeals for the 2nd, 7th, and 11th Circuits.
