• Obtained defense verdict, and award of legal expenses, for radiology practice in
multi-million dollar shareholder and non-compete litigation
• Obtained plaintiff’s verdict in action to recover on contract and lien
• Obtained defense verdict for publisher in commissions lawsuit by former
employee
• Obtained plaintiff’s verdict in damages action under contract secured by
mortgage
• Represented securities broker in trial regarding FINRA and securities issues,
resulting in no liability for broker
• Defended medical practice in multi-million dollar contract and lease dispute,
resulting in successful verdict at arbitration
• Defended medical device company in patent action in federal court injunction
proceeding and damages claims, resulting in denial of injunction and favorable
settlement
• Represented plaintiff in intellectual property misappropriation case and
obtained injunction against Defendants ordering compliance with commercial
confidentiality agreement
• Defended surgery center and obtained a final summary judgment on all counts
on claims alleging failure to submit patient bills to insurance company
