Rick Sollner joined the firm in 1974 and has been a Shareholder since 1979.  He formerly served as leader of the firm’s Real Estate and Lending Transactions practice group.

Representative Matters:
•   Represented numerous national and state banks in connection with 
    development and construction loans for shopping centers, hotels, 
    apartment and condominium projects, industrial and office parks and 
    residential subdivisions throughout Florida.
•   Represented many life and other insurance companies in connection with 
    permanent loans secured by mortgages on all types of commercial and 
    multifamily residential properties.
•   Represented borrowers and lenders as local Florida counsel in numerous 
    large multi-state loan transactions.
•   Represented Section 501(c)(3) charitable organizations in connection with 
    the issuance by public bodies of tax-exempt revenue bonds to finance 
    activities of the charitable organizations.
•   Represented borrowers and lenders in connection with numerous 
    asset-secured and unsecured revolving credit facilities.
•   Represented developers and investors in the acquisition and development 
    of apartment and condominium projects, shopping centers, hotels and 
    residential subdivisions.
•   Represented the owner and a charitable foundation in connection with the 
    conversion of a building listed in the National Register of Historic Places to a 
    condominium to create salable condominium office units and a unit for the 
    historical facade which could be donated to the charitable foundation that 
    operates theater in the building.
