This extensive litigation experience has involved a host of diverse industries, including health care, utilities, chemicals, building products, high technology and medical products.
In addition to litigation, the Antitrust and Trade Regulation group regularly counsels clients in merger/acquisition transactions, franchise and other distribution methods, and non-competition arrangements. Antitrust and Trade Regulation lawyers have represented numerous clients in connection with criminal and civil antitrust investigations by federal and Florida enforcement agencies. We also have significant experience advising trade associations regarding the permissible scope of association conduct.
In response to corporate concern with federal sentencing guidelines, our lawyers offer antitrust compliance training and assist clients in developing comprehensive and effective compliance programs and codes of ethics.
