Shaun Amarnani, joins Trenam Law as senior counsel in the St. Petersburg office, was featured in Business Observer on June 30, 2017 discussing his decision to join the firm’s Real Estate and Technology practices after serving the past four years in top-level city government roles in Tampa and St. Petersburg. “I like the culture and caliber of the attorneys,” Amarnani said of joining the Trenam team. “I’m humbled by the opportunity to work with them.”
In his most recent role, Amarnani served as the neighborhood commercial development manager for the City of St. Petersburg, where he led development negotiations, drafted land use policy and created incentive programs for commercial real estate investment – all aimed at bringing businesses to the city. At Trenam, Amarnani will apply his deep government experience to counsel developers and businesses on their real estate legal needs.
