Overview
Amanda Newlon focuses her practice primarily on health care regulation and compliance.
Amanda advises health care practices and providers on a wide variety of regulatory and compliance issues, including: fraud, waste, and abuse; HIPAA compliance; administrative agency actions; scope of practice; policies and procedures; and licensure. She also provides employment and labor law guidance. In addition to her health care work, Amanda has a background in litigation.
Amanda enjoys writing and publishing in the health care and employment fields and has been featured in a variety of televised, print, and radio news reports.
Prior to beginning her legal practice, Amanda attended Florida State University College of Law, where she was a member of the Trial Team, a research assistant, and graduated in the top 3% of her class.
