Cody S. Bilgrien is an associate in Trenam’s Business Transactions Group. He is experienced in counseling entities and individuals regarding various corporate and securities law issues, structuring and negotiating business arrangements and transactions, and drafting various Securities and Exchange Commission filings and reports. Cody has experience drafting and negotiating corporate and business contracts, including mergers and acquisitions documents, purchase and sale agreements, and capital raising transactions as well as drafting a variety of corporate agreements including employment agreements, confidentiality agreements, and consulting agreements.
Prior to joining Trenam, Cody was an associate at a law firm in Palm Beach County. Earlier in his career, Cody served as an Attorney for the Division of Securities of the Florida Office of Financial Regulation and worked in the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission’s Atlanta Regional Office through the Commission’s 2014 Summer Law Internship Program.
