Mike O'Leary joined the firm in 1987 and has been a Shareholder since 1994. His practice includes business formation and entity selection, corporate, partnership and LLC taxation, estate planning, wills and trusts, general corporate representation, income tax planning for estates and trusts, individual taxation, state and local taxation, tax controversies, and tax exempt and charitable organizations.
