Overview
Elysse Gorney is an associate in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. She concentrates her practice in labor and employment law. Elysse advises clients on compliance with state and federal laws in labor and employment and works with clients in crafting and administering policies and procedures. She also has experience in helping international insurance companies efficiently resolve first-party complex insurance coverage, litigation, and counseling matters.
Elysse has also developed a recognizable brand and business for her three-year-old golden retriever named Kevin, under the social media handle @agoldennamedkevin. Since 2019, the account has accumulated over 2.8 million followers across various social media platforms and has produced various sponsored content for local and national brands.
