Shaun Amarnani Recognized As a 40 Under 40 Business Leader by The Business Observer
Tampa, FL – Trenam Law is pleased to announce Shaun Amarnani has been recognized as a 40 Under 40 business leader for the west coast of Florida by The Business Observer for 2017.
For eighteen years, The Business Observer has been selecting bright, young business leaders ranging from entrepreneurs to executives in various industries in the Gulf Coast area from Tampa to Naples.
Amarnani is Senior Counsel in the firm’s Real Estate and Lending Transactions and Technology Practice Groups. He focuses his practice in the areas of land use, re-zonings, comp plan changes, alcohol beverage regulations, government advocacy, commercial real estate leases, commercial mortgages, purchase and sale agreements, and representing technology companies in various capacities. Prior to joining Trenam, Amarnani worked as a manager for the City of St. Petersburg City Development Administration. He also worked as a governmental attorney for the City of Tampa and Hernando County. His experience includes legally representing multiple review boards in re-zoning, alcohol license, variance, and historic review. He has also drafted development agreements and other public-private partnership agreements, and has experience in drafting new land use codes.
Amarnani received a J.D. from Florida State University College of Law and B.S. from Florida State University. He is a graduate of Leadership Florida’s Connect Florida Institute and Leadership St. Petersburg, as well as a member of the American Bar Association, Tampa Bay Urban Institute, Tampa Bay Society of Real Estate Professionals, and The Tampa Bay Indo-US Chamber of Commerce.
