Teresa S. Good

Overview

Teresa Good is a Florida Registered Paralegal and a member of the Business Transactions Practice Group.  She joined Trenam in 1980 and is based in our Tampa office. Teresa has worked in the field of mergers and acquisitions and business formations for the past 39 years.  Teresa also manages the firm’s registered agent service subsidiary, TK Registered Agent, Inc.
