Overview

Mac Hudson is an associate in the firm’s Business Transactions Practice Group. He advises entrepreneurs, emerging growth companies, and private businesses ranging from start-ups to regional and national enterprises on a broad range of business and transactional matters.

Mac’s practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, where he represents buyers and sellers in connection with stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions, mergers, joint ventures, and other strategic transactions involving the transfer of business interests. He has significant experience assisting clients throughout the transaction lifecycle, from due diligence and structuring through negotiation, documentation, and closing.

In addition to his mergers and acquisitions practice, Mac counsels clients on the legal and business issues involved in organizing, operating, financing, and growing their businesses. He regularly assists clients with drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements and has experience preparing terms and conditions and related documentation for sweepstakes, contests, and promotional marketing programs.

Mac serves clients across a diverse range of industries and is committed to providing practical, business-oriented legal advice tailored to each client’s objectives.
