PARKING

Parking is available in the Bank of America Plaza parking garage located at 156 E. Washington St., Tampa, FL 33602. To access the garage, travel on N. Tampa Street and, after crossing E. Jackson Street, take the first right onto E. Washington Street. The garage entrance will be on your right and is marked with a black and gold “Bank of America Plaza Parking Garage” sign.

Trenam has two clearly marked visitor parking spaces (identified by green plaques reading “Trenam Visitor” on the wall) available immediately after entering the garage. As you circle around the 3^rd floor, these spaces are located on your left along the wall of the parking garage office, across from the doors to the elevator lobby, and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional parking is available on the 6th floor and above.

Clients and guests of the firm should bring their parking ticket to our receptionist for validation. For all other visitors, parking rates are $3 per half-hour, with a $30 daily maximum. Credit cards are the only accepted form of payment.

Please make note of the floor on which you park before taking the garage elevator.

OFFICE ACCESS

To access our offices, please take the parking garage elevator to the 3rd-floor sky bridge. After walking the sky bridge you will see the first bank of elevators that will take you to our offices on the 27th floor.
