Overview

Sarah Davis is an experienced paralegal with more than 30 years in the legal field, assisting attorneys and clients with corporate, business, and estate planning matters.

Having worked alongside many of the same attorneys and clients for nearly two decades, Sarah values the relationships she has built and takes pride in helping clients navigate their legal needs with efficiency, responsiveness, and a personal touch.

Sarah also serves as the primary paralegal responsible for matters involving TK Registered Agent, Inc., Trenam’s registered agent subsidiary. In this role, she coordinates registered agent services and assists with the receipt, processing, and timely handling of service of process and other official notices on behalf of the firm’s registered agent clients.
