PARKING
Parking is available in the Bank of America garage located at 156 E. Washington St., Tampa, FL 33602. To access the garage: From N Tampa Street, take the first right onto E. Washington St. The parking garage is on the right, with a black and gold sign that reads Bank of America Parking Garage at the entrance. Parking is available beginning on the 5th floor and above. Clients and guests of the firm, please bring your parking garage tickets to our receptionist for validation. For all other guests, rates are $3 every 1/2 hour, $30 daily max. Accepted form of payment is credit card only.
OFFICE ACCESS
Please take the parking garage elevator to the 3rd-floor sky bridge to access our offices. After walking the sky bridge, you will see the first bank of elevators to take you to our offices on the 27th floor.

Valet service is located on First Avenue South between the Circle Drive area & Second Street. Valet parking is complimentary for the first 2 hours for visiting guests.
Garage parking is available in the SouthCore Parking Garage at 101 1st Ave S, St (one block past our office building). Guest parking is available on the 7th and 8th floors. Please take the garage elevator to the ground floor, cross the street, and enter 200 Central Avenue through the entrance on 2nd Street South by Craft Kafe.

Please call reception at (727) 896-7171 from the lobby to access our offices. Somebody will meet you in the lobby and escort you to our offices.

Parking is available in the Northern Trust building garage, which is accessible from Ringling Blvd. and is located directly behind the Northern Trust building. The visitor parking entrance, which has blue awnings, will be the first two entrances on your right. Visitor parking is available starting on Floor 3 and above. Take the garage elevator to the 1st Floor and cross the covered walkway to enter the building.
OFFICE ACCESS
Once you enter the building, please check in with the Security Guard in the Lobby. You will take the elevator to 3rd Floor (Suite 320). Once you exit the elevator you will go through the first “Trenam” door to the left and then you should ring the bell at the second “Trenam” door straight ahead to enter the office. Upon your arrival, the Receptionist will greet you and provide you with a token to exit the garage.

There is a parking garage attached to our building, accessible from Links Avenue. If you are traveling from the Tampa area via I-75, take Fruitville Road west to Links Avenue (one block past U.S. 301). Turn left onto Links Avenue, and our building will be the second building on the right-hand side. If you pass the building, you will reach Main Street and have missed the garage entrance. If you are traveling from St. Petersburg via the Sunshine Skyway Bridge, continue north on I-275 and take the exit for Fruitville Road west toward downtown Sarasota. Continue on Fruitville Road to Links Avenue (just past U.S. 301), turn left onto Links Avenue, and the building will be the second building on the right-hand side. Upon entering the garage, please press the button to receive a parking ticket. Before departing, please ask the receptionist to validate your ticket.
