Cindy Mull serves as Chief Operating Officer of Trenam Law, where she oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations. In this role, she leads the firm’s accounting and finance, human resources, technology, marketing, and administrative functions, ensuring alignment between business operations and the firm’s legal professionals.
With experience in professional services firm management, Cindy brings a disciplined, data-driven approach to operational leadership. She works closely with firm leadership to drive operational efficiency, strengthen financial performance, and implement processes that support attorneys and staff. As a trusted advisor, she contributes to strategic decision-making and helps position the firm for continued success.
Prior to joining Trenam, Cindy served as a Managing Director at a national public accounting firm. With a background in audit and business advisory services in both the public and private sectors, she has a strong record of optimizing operations and executing strategic initiatives. She brings considerable experience from the public accounting industry that complements her approach to law firm management, including advising on M&A activity, due diligence, and integration planning—experience that directly supports the firm’s growth strategy and evaluation of expansion opportunities.
