Overview
Joseph Metzger is an associate in the firm’s Business Transactions Practice Group. He has experience representing investment banks, underwriters, and corporate issuers in commercial lending, high-yield offerings, and a broad range of capital markets transactions. Joseph has drafted documentation for leveraged loan facilities and offerings of debt and equity securities, including private placements and Rule 144A/Regulation S transactions, and has led due diligence teams on complex financial transactions. His background also includes work in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, SEC reporting, and regulatory compliance.
Before joining Trenam, Joseph was an associate in the New York City office of a prominent corporate and litigation law firm.
