Leila Ros is a Paralegal in Trenam Law’s Business Transactions Practice Group in the Tampa office. She has extensive experience of supporting attorneys and business clients in corporate and transactional matters, including entity formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions due diligence, and state compliance filings. Leila regularly prepares and files corporate formation documents, drafts organizational and ownership records, and coordinates with government agencies, registered agents, and internal stakeholders to support clients’ business operations and transactions.
