Overview
Reid Buchanan is a Shareholder in the firm’s Business Transactions Practice Group. Reid’s practice focuses primarily on corporate and business matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, business formation and entity selection, venture capital, investment management, private fund formation, corporate finance, corporate governance and securities.
Reid represents private investment funds (private equity, venture capital, real estate and other pooled investment vehicles), investment advisors, investment managers, angel investors, startups, founders, entrepreneurs and small business owners.
