Overview
Reid Buchanan is a shareholder in the firm’s Business Transactions Practice Group. He represents investment advisers, investment managers, their pooled investment vehicles, portfolio companies, startup companies, sponsors, and founders. Reid advises clients on formation, structuring, compliance, financing, and corporate governance. Earlier in his career, Reid was a legal intern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Division of Investment Management.
