Overview
Corri A. Jones is an experienced paralegal and valued member of the Real Estate and Lending Transactions Group. Based in the firm’s St. Petersburg office, she has been with the firm since 2008 and brings extensive experience supporting attorneys, Certified Development Companies (CDCs), banks, and other commercial lenders in sophisticated commercial finance and real estate transactions.
Corri has significant experience assisting with complex SBA 504 loan transactions, including the coordination, documentation, due diligence, and closing of multi-layered financing structures involving owner-occupied commercial real estate, construction projects, refinancing transactions, and equipment financing. She regularly works with lenders, title companies, borrowers, and government program requirements to help facilitate efficient and compliant closings. Her background includes managing all aspects of transaction support.
Known for her organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail, Corri is highly skilled at managing complex closing timelines and coordinating multiple parties through demanding transactions. Clients and colleagues value her practical knowledge of commercial lending processes, SBA requirements, and real estate documentation, as well as her ability to anticipate issues and keep transactions moving efficiently from inception through closing.
Corri earned her B.S. from University of Nevada, Reno and her Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Paralegal Studies from American Institute for Paralegal Studies.
