Overview

Sarah Jacobi is an associate in the firm’s Business Transactions Practice Group. She represents businesses and organizations across a variety of industries, providing a broad range of transaction-based services, including buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, as well as drafting and negotiating corporate contracts and governance documents.

Sarah routinely advises entrepreneurs, management teams, and businesses on matters involving entity formation, employment and equity arrangements, and service agreements. She also has experience in general tax planning, counseling clients on federal income tax issues, including the treatment of various non-qualified deferred compensation plans.

In addition, Sarah assists private companies and private equity groups with fundraising initiatives and offerings.
