Overview

Kirsten E. Guerin is an Associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Lending Transactions Practice Group. She focuses her practice on commercial and residential real estate transactions, representing developers, landowners, and businesses in the acquisition, development, leasing, and sale of commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Kirsten also advises clients on a variety of general business, banking, and corporate matters.

A native of the Sarasota-Bradenton area and graduate of Lakewood Ranch High School, Kirsten remains actively involved in the local community. She currently serves as a Board Member of the Sarasota Seminole Club and is a member of The Florida Bar’s Young Lawyers Division, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section, and Business Law Section, as well as the Hillsborough County Bar Association.

Kirsten earned her bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and Business from Florida State University in 2013 and her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law in 2016. While in law school, she earned the Business Law Certificate with Honors and received Book Awards in Contracts, Transactional Drafting, and Contract Drafting. She also provided legal services through a nonprofit business incubator focused on supporting entrepreneurs and startup companies.

Outside of her practice, Kirsten enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and following Florida State athletics.
