Overview
Jennie is a Florida Registered Paralegal and a highly experienced member of the firm’s Real Estate and Lending Transactions Practice Group. With more than 40 years of legal experience, she brings deep institutional knowledge and practical insight to a wide range of commercial lending transactions, including real estate, asset-based, and unsecured financings.
Jennie is a core member of the firm’s SBA Lending Group and has been involved in the SBA practice since its inception. She has extensive experience handling SBA 7(a) loan closings and is well-versed in SBA procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements. Her depth of knowledge allows her to efficiently manage complex transactions and support lenders through all phases of the closing process.
Jennie is known for her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to coordinate seamlessly with attorneys, lenders, and borrowers to ensure timely and accurate closings.
She attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Florida.
