Overview
Walter Trauner is a Shareholder in the firm’s Real Estate and Lending Practice Group. Walter represents individuals, business entities, real estate investors and REITs in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including the purchase and sale of general and medical office properties, retail and shopping center properties, multifamily properties, senior housing properties and vacant, undeveloped land. Additionally, Walter regularly prepares and negotiates commercial leases for landlord and tenant clients of all sizes. Walter also has experience representing developers in the acquisition, subdivision and development of single-family home subdivisions and multifamily properties.

- Represented a national REIT in multiple, multi-million dollar portfolio acquisitions of senior housing facilities and medical office buildings.
- Represented a national REIT in the lease administration of its nationwide medical office building portfolio.
- Represented a real estate developer in the acquisition, subdivision and development of multiple single-family home subdivisions and spec home projects.
- Represented a real estate developer in the acquisition and development of multiple apartment complexes.
- Represented numerous corporate tenants in the negotiation of commercial leases and subleases for office, industrial, manufacturing, medical, restaurant and retail uses.
