Overview
John Farris is an Associate in Trenam Law’s Real Estate and Lending Transactions Group. His practice focuses on homebuilder representation and the acquisition of land for development. He also advises clients on a broad range of transactional matters, including the acquisition and disposition of real property and commercial leasing.
Before joining Trenam, John practiced at a regional law firm, where he counseled homebuilders on the structuring and documentation of complex land bank transactions designed to support long‑term development strategies.
