Trenam Law is proud to announce the addition of three attorneys to its Tampa office. Tracy L. Woodard joins the firm as a Shareholder in the Real Estate and Lending Transactions Practice Group, while Annie C. Leonard rejoins the firm as Senior Counsel in the Employment Law Practice Group and John P. Farris, II returns as an Associate in the Real Estate and Lending Transactions Practice Group. These additions further strengthen Trenam’s depth in commercial real estate, employment law, and business transactions while reflecting the firm’s continued strategic growth.

Woodard is a Shareholder in the firm’s Real Estate and Lending Transactions Practice Group. She represents lenders, financial institutions, developers, and businesses in complex commercial real estate and finance matters, including acquisitions, development, financing, and title insurance matters. Woodard previously practiced at several prominent law firms and served as counsel for a top 10 U.S. commercial bank, advising on sophisticated lending transactions and underwriting issues. She earned her J.D. from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law.
Leonard rejoins as Senior Counsel in the firm’s Employment Law Practice Group. She advises and defends employers in matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other employment-related disputes, with experience in both litigation and compliance counseling. Leonard previously practiced at Trenam from 2012 to 2021 before serving as a career law clerk to the Honorable Christopher P. Tuite of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
Farris returns as an Associate in the firm’s Real Estate and Lending Transactions Practice Group. His practice focuses on representing homebuilders and developers in land acquisitions, commercial leasing, and other real estate matters. Before rejoining Trenam, Farris advised homebuilders on complex land bank transactions and long-term development strategies. He earned his J.D. and LL.M. in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law.
