Overview
Tracy Woodard is a Shareholder in the firm’s Real Estate and Lending Transactions Practice Group. She represents lenders, financial institutions, developers, and businesses in complex commercial real estate and finance matters, with a particular emphasis on real property acquisition, development, financing and title insurance matters.
With more than a decade of experience, Tracy advises clients on commercial loan transactions and development projects. She has represented institutional lenders, municipalities, national homebuilders, developers as well as housing authorities throughout the state of Florida in all matters involving the development of commercial real estate, sales, acquisitions, leasing and lending transactions.
Before joining Trenam, Tracy practiced with several prominent law firms and served as counsel at a top ten U.S. commercial bank, where she advised lending teams and provided underwriting support for complex commercial transactions, giving her valuable insight into lenders’ priorities and risk management considerations.

- Advised and managed the sale of over 500 Bank owned surplus commercial properties throughout the United States.
- Represented a national telecommunication company on the acquisition, lease and sublease of 150 tower sites throughout the state of Florida and the southeastern United States.
