Trenam Law Senior Counsel Anne Pollack has been named President of Real Estate Investment Council (REIC) of Tampa Bay for the 2025-2026 fiscal year. Pollack has practiced real estate law in the Tampa area and been a member of REIC for over 20 years, and she has substantially contributed to the function of the organization through her time as a board member since 2019, including as Secretary, Treasurer, and Past President these last three fiscal years. She will notably be leading the REIC Tampa Bay Board of Directors in the first year where all the officers are women.

For more than 20 years she has leveraged her knowledge to become an authority on acquiring development approvals and entitlements for real estate projects of all types and sizes across Florida, and in representing clients in connection with the sale, acquisition, and development of real estate.
Beyond her service as president of REIC, Pollack has served on several boards and committees for the Urban Land Institute (ULI), The Florida Bar, St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
Pollack has earned numerous distinctions at the local, state and national level, such as consistent inclusion among Tampa Magazine’s Top Lawyers List, Florida Trend’s Legal Elite, Florida Super Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America. She was also recognized by CREW Tampa Bay with the MVP Excellence Award in 2019 and as Member of the Year in 2016.
Pollack earned her law degree from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco and her undergraduate degree from Colby College.
