Trenam Law Senior Counsel Anne Pollack has once again been named co-chair of the Insurance and Surety Committee (ISC) of the Florida Bar’s Real Property Probate and Trust Law (RPPTL) Section for the 2025-2026 fiscal year. Pollack has contributed to the RPPTL Section for over a decade, serving as co-chair of the ISC Committee since 2023, a member of the executive council since 2015, chair of the Real Property Problems Committee from 2021-2023 and chair of the Development and Green Building Committee from 2011-2014.
“Anne’s long-term involvement with RPPTL demonstrates her dedication to growing the profession and establishing a community for professionals to learn from one another, which makes her an ideal choice to lead the ISC committee,” said Rob Stern, shareholder in Trenam’s Real Estate and Lending Transactions Practice. “She is an excellent leader who empowers those around her to become the best version of themselves for their own career and for their organizations.”
The ISC serves members by educating the RPPTL Section of the Florida Bar on insurance, surety and risk management issues with the ultimate goal of Florida Bar Board Certification for Insurance Coverage Law. Membership is typically composed of professionals who focus on insurance coverage counseling and disputes, including first-party claims, third-party claims, bad faith, and risk transfer.

She is a trusted and accomplished Florida attorney who understands the nuances of Florida real estate and land use law, including the complexities of the zoning and permitting processes throughout the state. Over the past 20 years, she has leveraged her knowledge to become an authority on acquiring development approvals and entitlements for real estate projects of all types and sizes across Florida, and in representing clients in connection with the sale, acquisition, and development of real estate.
Beyond her service as co-chair of the ISC, Pollack has served on several boards and committees for the Real Estate Investment Council (REIC) of Tampa Bay, Urban Land Institute (ULI), The Florida Bar, St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce, Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
