Trenam Law is pleased to announce that shareholder Catherine “Cat” DiPaolo has earned Florida Bar Board Certification in Business Litigation, the highest level of recognition by The Florida Bar of the competency and experience of attorneys in this specialty. Fewer than 220 attorneys out of more than 113,000 licensed in Florida currently hold this certification, underscoring the distinction of this achievement.
Cat is a shareholder in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group, where her practice spans construction, business, and employment disputes in state and federal courts throughout Florida. An experienced trial attorney, she has represented clients in complex business and construction defect litigation, lien and bond disputes, homeowner property matters, shareholder derivative suits, franchising and distributorship disputes, healthcare and medical staff privileges litigation, proceedings supplementary, restrictive covenant and non-compete matters, as well as a wide range of employment disputes.
Board Certification recognizes attorneys’ special knowledge, skills, and proficiency in a particular area of law, as well as professionalism and ethics in practice. Cat’s certification affirms her commitment to excellence and enhances the depth of Trenam’s litigation capabilities across Florida.
