Trenam Law is pleased to announce that Rob Stern, real estate shareholder and member of the firm’s Executive Board, has been named incoming Chairman of the Tampa Downtown Partnership for the organization’s 2026–2027 leadership year.
Stern will assume the chairmanship following the Tampa Downtown Partnership’s 40th Annual Meeting & Luncheon on September 9. In this role, he will help guide the organization’s efforts to strengthen Downtown Tampa as a vibrant place to live, work, visit and invest.
Stern has been actively involved in the Tampa Bay community and brings extensive leadership experience to his role with the Partnership. He has served as a trustee of the University of Florida College of Law and on the Law Center Board of Trustees, as a member of the Board of Directors and past president of the Real Estate Investment Council (REIC) of Tampa Bay, and on the Southwest Florida Water Management District following his appointment by Governor Ron DeSantis. At Trenam, Stern focuses his practice on commercial real estate, with an emphasis on transactional and financing matters.
The Tampa Downtown Partnership is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing Downtown Tampa through advocacy, collaboration, events and initiatives that support the continued growth and vitality of the downtown community.
Stern’s appointment continues Trenam’s longstanding commitment to civic and community leadership throughout Tampa Bay.
