Overview
Taylor Hess is experienced in various probate and trust related matters, including providing guidance on and preparing gift tax returns and estate tax returns and representing fiduciaries in their roles as trustees and personal representatives. In her estate planning practice, Taylor provides assistance to clients in the preparation of essential estate planning documents and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements in addition to advising clients on relevant tax related issues. Taylor also assists individuals and businesses in a broad range of corporate matters, including entity selection and formation, business succession planning, sale, merger, and acquisition transactions and the preparation, review and negotiation of business contracts, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements and operating agreements.
Prior to joining Trenam in 2016, Taylor was with Macfarlane, Ferguson & McMullen.
