Cockriel Will Serve as the Governance and Ethics Committee Co-Chair
March 13, 2026 – TAMPA, FL – Trenam Law is pleased to announce that Tom Cockriel, Shareholder and Co-Leader of the firm’s Business Transactions Practice Group, has been appointed to Tampa Bay Wave’s Board of Directors and will serve as the Governance and Ethics Committee Co-Chair. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the organization’s adherence to ethical standards and governance policies, as well as managing conflict of interest policies, overseeing board composition and advising on strategic, structural or ethical issues affecting the nonprofit.
